This seven-storey building was re-developed into a new purpose-built space designed for temporary teaching and learning. Facilities included meeting and project rooms, breakout areas, a café and a central atrium. Advanced Applicators were involved from a very early stage of the fit-out to install inter-storey passive fire protection via the façade. This continued into fire and smoke-rating the service penetrations throughout the building. Our staff on this project encountered many challenges due to the unique design of the build, meaning co-ordination with other services was vital to ensure the project kept running smoothly.
