We have been carrying out the passive fire protection for Summerset Retirement Villages since 2018. Our completed projects include the Cavendish, Avonhead, and Richmond main buildings, and multiple stages at Kenepuru. We are now working on Summerset Prebbleton and Blenheim.
We undertake projects of all sizes, with One NZ serving as a strong example of our capability to deliver. In 2025, we delivered passive fire protection services to this milestone project.
Since 2024, we have been the primary passive fire specialist at Waipapa Tower 3, providing all design, labour, plant, and materials required for the supply and installation of passive fire protection systems and intumescent coatings.
Applicators was engaged to carry out the passive fire protection and acoustic sealing for the redevelopment of the earthquake-damaged hospital, consisting of a new Cancer Care Facility, as well as a new Clinical Services Building, including several social areas on the ground floor. We have continued to work with St Georges on remedial works after the redevelopment works.
