Using Clarinspect, every Passive Fire Protection system installed is reviewed to ensure it meets the manufacturer’s specifications. The items are labelled with a unique serial number, detailed with the fire rating achieved, products used, substrate type and are then photographed and logged for verification.
This provides clients with a record that indicates each penetration that has been installed to the correct standard, in accordance with the manufacturer’s specifications and the New Zealand Building Code.
Clients are provided with a full report, ensuring transparency and clarity of the work completed and documentation that can be utilised for insurance, council compliance and building WOF management.
Upon project completion, we also provide a producer statement detailing all work completed and the fire ratings achieved, which is provided along with the QA report.
