Sudima Hotel and Office Building

This major step in the Christchurch rebuild included the construction of a brand new 5-star hotel and adjoining office building. Advanced Applicators was involved in this project from the early stages, applying the intumescent coatings to the structural steel. Much of the steel was completed by our skilled team to an architectural standard due to exposed surfaces. At a later date, our Passive Fire team completed the fire rating of the many services penetrations throughout the building.
